Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ADHD PREP website and services ("Service") operated by ADHD PREP ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ADHD PREP provides free, online screening tools for ADHD and related conditions. Our Service includes:

• • ADHD screening assessments (ASRS v1.1, ASRS v5, ASRS-6, BAARS-IV, DIVA-5, CAARS-S, Barkley Quick, Vanderbilt)
• • Executive function assessments (BRIEF-A, EFI)
• • Functional impairment screening (WFIRS-S, SDS)
• • Related condition screenings (GAD-7 for anxiety, PHQ-9 for depression, AQ-10 for autism traits)
• • Educational resources about ADHD and related conditions
• • Information about diagnosis pathways, management, and treatment options
• • Support and contact services
• • Full Mock ADHD Assessment & Interview (paid service with separate terms and conditions)

All screening tools in our Service are designed for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • All our screening tools are not substitutes for professional medical evaluation
• • Results from any assessment should not be used to make medical decisions
• • We are not responsible for any medical decisions made based on results from any of our screening tools
• • You should seek professional medical advice from qualified healthcare providers for any health or mental health concerns
• • Our screeners cover multiple conditions (ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive function, etc.) and none are diagnostic

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and honest responses to assessment questions
• • Use the Service for its intended educational and screening purposes
• • Not attempt to manipulate or game the assessment system
• • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ADHD PREP and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

• • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• • Create derivative works based on our Service

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ADHD PREP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• • The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of assessment results
• • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service
• • The security of the Service or protection against viruses or other harmful components
• • The compatibility of the Service with your device or software

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADHD PREP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ADHD PREP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ADHD PREP regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ADHD PREP relating to your use of the Service.

Additional Terms: If you use or purchase the Full Mock ADHD Assessment & Interview service, you must also agree to the separate Interview Terms and Conditions, which govern that specific paid service and supplement these Terms.
