Our mission is to help you get ready for your professional evaluation through practice, education, and comprehensive screening. With 23 validated assessments (1 main ASRS test + 22 additional screeners) covering ADHD, executive function, anxiety, depression, autism traits, and functional impairment, we provide the most comprehensive pre-diagnosis preparation resource available online.

ASRS v1.1 & v5 Foundation
Our assessment tools are based on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1 and ASRS v5), developed by the World Health Organization and extensively validated in clinical research.
Both ASRS v1.1 and ASRS v5 are widely used by healthcare professionals worldwide and have been shown to have excellent reliability and validity for screening adult ADHD. You can choose either version when taking the assessment.
