⚠️ AGE RESTRICTIONS & INTENDED USERS

Our platform offers 23 total assessments (1 main ASRS test + 22 additional screeners) with different age requirements. Please use only the assessments appropriate for your age or role:

Adult Self-Report Screeners (Ages 18+)

The following assessments are designed for adults 18 years and older to complete about themselves:

  • • Main ASRS Test (v1.1 and v5 variants)
  • • ASRS-6, BAARS-IV, DIVA-5, CCMD-3, CAARS-S, Barkley Quick Screen
  • • Childhood ADHD Pattern Screener (Retrospective) - for adults recalling childhood symptoms
  • • Executive Function: BRIEF-A, EFI
  • • Related Conditions: AQ-10, AQ-50, GAD-7, PHQ-9
  • • Functional Impairment: WFIRS-S, SDS, Vanderbilt Adult Self-Report

Child Screeners (Ages 6-12) - Parent Report

The following assessment is designed for parents or caregivers to complete about children ages 6-12:

  • • Child ADHD Symptom Checklist (Parent Report)

Note: Parents must be 18+ to complete this assessment on behalf of their child.

Youth Self-Report Screeners (Ages 12-17)

The following assessment is designed for teenagers ages 12-17 to complete about themselves:

  • • Teen ADHD Self-Screener (Ages 12-17)

Note: Users under 18 should have parental awareness and supervision when using this tool.

Teacher Report Screeners

The following assessment is designed for teachers or school staff to complete about students:

  • • Classroom Focus & Behaviour Checklist (Teacher Report)

Note: Teachers must be 18+ and should only complete this with appropriate authorization and for educational purposes.

Legal Requirement:

By using any assessment on this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirements specified above or have appropriate authorization (parent/guardian for child assessments, school authorization for teacher assessments). Misrepresentation of age or authorization may result in inaccurate results and violates our terms of service.

What Our Tools Are:

What Our Tools Are NOT:

  • • Diagnostic instruments for ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, or any other condition
  • • A substitute for professional medical advice or clinical assessment
  • • Treatment recommendation tools
  • • Medical devices
  • • A replacement for comprehensive clinical evaluation by qualified professionals

Assessment Limitations

While our assessment tools are based on scientifically validated screening instruments (including ASRS, BAARS-IV, DIVA-5, CAARS, GAD-7, PHQ-9, AQ-10, BRIEF-A, WFIRS-S, and others), they have important limitations that users must understand:

Technical Limitations

  • • Self-report bias may affect accuracy
  • • Results may vary based on current mood or stress
  • • No clinical observation or collateral information
  • • Age-appropriate limitations apply (see Age Restrictions section above)
  • • Does not assess for comorbid conditions
  • • Parent/teacher reports may reflect observer bias

Clinical Limitations

  • • Cannot rule out other mental health conditions
  • • No physical examination or medical history review
  • • Does not assess severity or functional impairment
  • • Limited cultural and linguistic validation
  • • No follow-up or treatment planning
